Who We Are
Research Innovation Hub is run by a team of academics and research professionals. The members of the team have between ten and twenty years of experience in higher education, covering research instruction, dissertation advising, statistical consultation, qualitative analysis, and faculty work at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
The site was created because the most common reason students struggle with research is not a lack of intelligence. It is a lack of access to clear, reliable guidance. Good methodology resources have always existed, but they are scattered, expensive, or written for specialists. This site pulls them together and presents them in plain language, at no cost.
The services section exists alongside the free content. Some researchers reach a point where a module is not enough. They need someone to read their draft, check their analysis, or talk through a methodology decision. That is what the services are for. They are not a replacement for the free content. They are an option for those who need more.
What Is Free and What Is Not
This site promises free access to its learning content, and that will not change. The paid services are optional and listed separately below.

Who This Is For
The free content is open to everyone. The services are available to any researcher who needs direct support, regardless of institution or budget.
The modules cover the full research process from topic selection to data presentation. Coaching and editing services are available for students who need more hands-on guidance.
Graduate research comes with specific pressures around methodology, committee expectations, and the dissertation process. The services here are designed with those pressures in mind.
Faculty preparing journal submissions or grant applications can use the editing and manuscript review services. A second reader often catches what the writer has stopped noticing.
Professionals who need methodology support for programme evaluations, policy studies, or evidence reviews and do not have a research office to consult.
Get in Touch
Use the modules and tools first. If you reach a point where you need direct help, send an email. The first conversation is free and there is no obligation to book a service from it.
